2.2 Officers: Officers are responsible for creating scholarships, defining their boundaries, reviewing student applications, and accepting or rejecting them. Officers may update or delete their own profile information as needed. The officers' profile information may be accessed and viewed by the admin for administrative purposes.
2.3 Students: Students use the App to sign up, create profiles, and view scholarships created by officers. They can update or delete their own account information. When applying for scholarships, students provide basic and educational information, which is shared with the respective officer who created the scholarship. Students can view the status of their scholarship applications.

3.1 Data Security: The App implements appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of Users' personal information and data stored within the App.
